Delete your Kana no Michi account

Kana no Michi (app.kananomichi), developed by Kana no Michi.

Delete everything from inside the app

1. Open Kana no Michi.
2. Tap the cog icon (top right) to open Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account and progress.
4. Confirm with Delete everything.

This immediately erases your learning progress from your device and deletes your synced progress from our servers.

What's deleted, what's kept

• Deleted immediately: all learning progress, review history, streaks and settings — on the device and on our servers.
• Kept until you ask: the bare login record (your email address) remains in our authentication system for technical reasons. Email us and we remove it within 30 days. No other data is retained.

Or request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email admin@aikonau.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
